Directions
Shake before each use. Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before using. Insert nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through nose. Spray one to three times in each nostril as needed for temporary relief of congestion due to common upper respiratory issues, allergies and sinus pressure. Clean nozzle after use and replace safety cap.
