Cancellation deadline

• Reservations can be cancelled within 24 hours after they have been entered.
• To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer service team within this timeframe by using the contact information below.
• If the cancellation is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, then we will issue a full refusal to the original payment method.

Cancellation after 24 hours

• After 24 hours, orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment.
• Cancellations after this time may therefore be not possible.
• In such cases you can need to receive the delivery when the package arrives.
• When the refused package is returned to us in original and untouched stand, we will refund product value, exclude shipping costs.
