Order Management (Processing Time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 working days (except weekends and holidays).

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery time (Transit time)

Lead times vary depending on where you are located.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 working days.

Please note:

Accurate delivery times for your location will be displayed at checkout.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, carriers, or periods of high demand.

Scope of delivery

We deliver throughout Norway and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can follow the shipment in real time.

Duties, taxes, and fees

All prices on nutricity.no include applicable taxes and import duties where applicable. In most cases, there will be no extra costs for delivery.

Damaged, lost or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or is incomplete, we’d be happy to help you:

Damaged goods: Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and send clear pictures of the product and packaging.
Lost packs: If tracking is not updated or the package is not delivered within the expected time, contact our support team.
Missing items: Report missing items within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After verification, we offer a free replacement or new shipment at no extra cost.
